You can get the iPhone 13 from M1 or any other operator. Depending on what campaign they are running, you may even be able to get the latest iPhone with a 0 upfront payment. However, you should expect to have a reasonably high monthly payment on your subscription. You are not getting the device for free and operators will cover the costs by having you locked and paying your subscription for 12, 24, or 36 months. It is not a bad deal since most users replace their smartphones once every two years.
